I was born and raised in Moore, Oklahoma. I grew up in the church and accepted Christ during a Fall Festival in 1999. It was during my 11th & 12th grade years that God started the process of calling me into full-time ministry. I was hopeful to follow my dream of becoming a paramedic first and then do ministry second. As we all know, that’s not how God works. I started my college career at Oklahoma City Community College pursuing a paramedic degree but I realized that was not the path that God had for me. I transferred to Oklahoma Baptist University where I earned my Bachelors degree in Youth Ministry. While at OBU, I met my wife, Christina. She grew up in Mound City, KS and currently works as a RN at Cook Children’s Hospital. We were married on August 9, 2014 and both love student ministry and missions! I am a sports fanatic and love the Oklahoma Sooners, OKC Thunder, St. Louis Cardinals, Dallas Cowboys, and FC Dallas. I have been blessed to work for churches in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and now Texas!
I love student ministry because I see a potential in this generation to change the world for His name! My office door is usually open for you to come by and chat, or we can go on a Sonic run (my treat)!
